VSW welcomes Dr. Lindsay Sussman, pictured here with Penny.
VSW is pleased to introduce Lindsay Sussman, DVM. Dr. Sussman conducts surgery and dental procedures on Tuesdays at our clinic and sees regular appointments throughout the week as well. Dr. Sussman worked closely with one of Dr. Thorne's friends and colleagues in Georgia and came highly recommended as the perfect fit for our VSW team.
Dr. Lindsay Sussman graduated from Tufts Veterinary School and then completed an internship at an emergency and specialty clinic in San Francisco. For the past 4 years, she practiced small animal medicine in Atlanta, Georgia and just recently moved back to Massachusetts. Dr. Sussman has an interest in feline and internal medicine and also soft tissue surgery and dentistry.
Dr. Sussman says she "is excited to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Thorne and her wonderful staff at Veterinary Services of Westwood. I love finally being back home in New England and exploring Massachusetts with my husband and two daughters."
The rest of her family includes a dog named Penny, and two cats named Izzie and Zephyr. Outside of work, Dr. Sussman enjoys running, hiking and spending time with her family.
